What are your shipping times?

We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available in select regions. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. To start a return, email customerservice@velantrafashion.com for a return authorization.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Every Velantra product is covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a fault develops within 24 months, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label to customerservice@velantrafashion.com within 3 days of delivery. After review, we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders begin processing immediately. We can cancel or edit an order only if you contact us within 1 hour of purchase at customerservice@velantrafashion.com. After that window, changes aren't possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via Shopify.

What happens if my package is marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it?

If tracking shows "Delivered," please check with neighbors and your local carrier. While we aren't responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, we'll gladly help you investigate with the carrier.
