What kind of leather do you use?

Every Velantra bag is made with full-grain leather — the outermost layer of the hide, where the natural grain pattern is strongest. It's more expensive and harder to work with than corrected-grain or bonded leather, but it develops a beautiful patina over time that synthetic alternatives can never replicate.

What makes your hardware different?

Every clasp, buckle, and rivet is solid brass — not plated zinc or coated aluminum. We leave our brass hardware uncoated so it develops its own character alongside yours. It's heavier, more durable, and ages with a warmth that plated hardware simply can't match.

Will the leather change over time?

Yes — and that's by design. Full-grain leather develops a patina with use, becoming richer and more distinctive over time. This is one of the hallmarks of quality leather goods. Think of it the way you'd think of a well-loved pair of leather boots — the character it develops is part of the value.

How should I care for my Velantra bag?

Store your bag in the dust bag provided when not in use. Keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture. For general cleaning, wipe with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper conditioning, use a high-quality leather conditioner once or twice a year. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $95 within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to international markets — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Velantra bag. If it doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Visit our Return Policy page for full details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at customerservice@velantrafashion.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Can I exchange for a different color?

Yes. If you'd like a different colorway, reach out to our team and we'll arrange an exchange — subject to availability. The fastest route is to return your current bag and place a new order for the color you prefer.

Why are your bags priced the way they are?

We use the same full-grain leathers, solid brass hardware, and reinforced construction techniques as bags that cost three to five times more. The difference is what we don't spend on: retail storefronts, celebrity endorsements, and seasonal trend cycles. We pass those savings directly to you. That's our value luxury model — premium quality at an honest price.

Where are your bags made?

Our bags are crafted by skilled artisans using traditional leatherworking techniques, with rigorous quality control at every stage of production. Every bag is inspected before it ships.

Do you have a warranty?

Every Velantra bag comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong with the craftsmanship — not normal wear, but actual defects — we'll make it right. Contact our team and we'll take care of you.
