Velantra Return & Warranty Policy

Order Processing & Cancellation
We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once processing begins, we can’t modify or cancel an order. If you change your mind, please reach out within 1 hour of placing your order at customerservice@velantrafashion.com, and we’ll do our best to stop it before it ships.
Returns & Exchanges
If something isn’t right, we want to fix it. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Simply contact us at customerservice@velantrafashion.com, and include photos if there is a defect or damage. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

We reserve the right to decline returns that are worn, washed, or otherwise not in original condition.
One-Year Warranty
Every Velantra product is backed by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item develops a fault due to craftsmanship or materials within 12 months of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
Non‑Returnable Items
Some items aren’t eligible for return:

Gift cards, sale items, or promotional discounts

Items not in original condition or missing tags

Orders marked as “Delivered” where the item was lost or stolen after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label within three days of receipt. We’ll work with you to repair or replace the product or issue store credit when appropriate.
Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
We take fraudulent claims seriously. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in legal action. We will provide all order and communication records to the payment processor and may restrict future purchases from accounts that submit unwarranted chargebacks.
European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order ships to a country in the European Union, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU regulations. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds (If Approved)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping fees and processing costs are non‑refundable unless we’ve made an error with your order.
