Two-Year Warranty

Every Velantra piece is built to last. Our materials are sourced for their longevity, our seams are reinforced at every stress point, and our hardware is finished by hand. We stand behind that work with a two-year warranty against defects in materials and construction.

What's covered

• Stitching failures in normal use
• Hardware defects — clasps, rivets, feet, zippers
• Lining tears caused by manufacturing defects
• Strap, handle, and base separations

What's not covered

• General wear and patina (this is the point — our materials get better with age)
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
• Modifications or third-party repairs

How to make a warranty claim

Email customerservice@velantrafashion.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and 2–3 photos. We’ll review within 2 business days and send you a free replacement at no cost.

After the warranty

Past the two-year mark, we continue to offer repair service for the cost of materials and return shipping. Send it back, get it back better than you sent it. Designed to last decades, not seasons.
