Velantra v3 App Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 1, 2026 · Last updated: October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Velantra handles information in connection with velantra v3, our Meta application (App ID: 1091443463255995), and the connected tools used to operate it. Velantra is responsible for the information it processes through this app.
The app supports authorized management of Velantra’s advertising and business assets on Facebook and Instagram, including preparing and publishing ads and reviewing campaign performance. This policy covers those app activities. Purchases, customer accounts and general use of our store are covered by our Store Privacy Policy.
Information the app processes
The information available to the app depends on the permissions granted, the connected business assets and the actions performed by an authorized operator. It can include:
- Account and authorization information: Meta account identifiers, basic profile information made available through authorization, granted permissions and access credentials used to connect to Meta.
- Business and advertising information: business, ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram account and pixel identifiers; campaign, ad set and ad settings; budgets, targeting configurations, placements, status and associated asset details.
- Ad content: images, videos, copy, destination links, published post identifiers and other material supplied or selected for advertising.
- Performance information: advertising reports and metrics made available by Meta, such as spend, impressions, clicks and reported conversion results.
- Operational records and communications: requests sent to Meta, API responses, error reports, timestamps, saved campaign records and information you provide when contacting us about the app or your privacy.
Information comes from Meta, authorized operators and people who contact us. Visiting this policy on our Shopify website may also involve cookies, device information and website analytics described in the Store Privacy Policy.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate authorized access, identify the correct business assets, create and manage advertising, measure campaign performance, troubleshoot errors and maintain records of changes. We also use information to protect access to our systems, respond to privacy requests and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary for our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business advertising, to meet legal obligations, or with consent where required. These interests remain subject to applicable privacy rights.
When information is shared
Advertising content and configuration are sent to Meta when operators create or manage ads. Information may also be processed by service providers used for hosting, storage, technical support and connected operational tools. Authorized operators use AI-assisted tools, including OpenAI’s Codex, for advertising operations; information included in those workflows may be processed by the tool provider to supply its service.
Access is limited to the people and providers involved in the relevant work. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, resolve disputes or protect rights and security. We do not sell personal information received through the app.
Meta and other services may also process information independently under their own policies. For Meta’s practices, see the Meta Privacy Policy.
Retention and security
App-related information may be retained in operational records, reports, media files and support correspondence for as long as needed for the purposes described above. Retention depends on the type of information, the ongoing business need and applicable legal requirements. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted; you can also request deletion at any time using the process below.
We use access permissions and credential controls to restrict access to app information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, access tokens or payment card details in privacy requests.
Velantra operates in the United States, and service providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to our processing.
Your choices and data deletion
You can remove the app’s connection in Facebook’s Apps and websites or Business integrations settings. Removing access does not automatically erase information previously saved by Velantra.
To request deletion, email customerservice@velantrafashion.com with the subject “Data deletion request — velantra v3.” Include your name, a contact email and enough information to identify your interaction with the app. Full instructions are on our User Data Deletion page.
We may need to verify your identity or authority before processing a request. We will handle requests promptly and respond within the time required by applicable law. If information must be retained under an applicable exception, we will explain the reason. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access or correct information, obtain a copy, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint with a data protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights or ask about a response.
Children
The app is intended for authorized business use, not for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy as the app or our practices change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice where required by law.
