User Data Deletion

You can ask Velantra to delete personal information we hold about you. These instructions cover our website and information received through our Meta integrations, including the velantra v3 app.

Request deletion of your data

Email customerservice@velantrafashion.com with the subject “Data deletion request.”

To help us locate the right records, please include:

• Your name and the email address associated with your Velantra account or interaction with us.
• Whether your request concerns the Velantra store, the velantra v3 Meta app, or both.
• A brief description of the information you want deleted. For an app request, include your Facebook or Instagram username or an app user ID if available.

Please do not send passwords, access tokens, payment card details or identity documents with your initial request.

What happens next

We may ask for information needed to verify your identity or your authority to act for someone else before processing a request. Once verified, we will delete the personal information covered by your request, subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions, and let you know the outcome by email. We will handle requests promptly and respond within the time required by applicable law.

For Meta app requests, this includes personal information received from Meta and held by Velantra that is associated with your use of the app. If we cannot locate matching information, we will let you know. To check the status of a request, reply to your original email thread.

Some information may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce applicable agreements. Where an exception applies, we will explain the reason in our response. See our Privacy Policy for more about how we handle personal information.

Disconnect the Meta app

You can also remove the app’s access through Facebook:

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Apps and websites or Business integrations, depending on where your connection appears.
3. Select velantra v3 and choose Remove, then follow Facebook’s prompts.

Removing the connection stops the app’s authorized access going forward. To request deletion of information already held by Velantra, email us using the instructions above. You can send a deletion request even if you cannot find or access the connection.

Data held by other services

A request to Velantra does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account or information held independently by Meta. Manage that information through the privacy and account settings of the relevant service. For information processed independently by Shopify, visit the Shopify Privacy Portal.
