We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Exchanges are always free. If something isn’t right, reach out — we’ll make it right.

Every Velantra bag is covered for two years against defects in materials and construction. If anything goes wrong in normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.

After two years, we continue to offer repair service for the cost of materials. Designed to last decades, not seasons.
